who are we

Today, Laceco operates across seven markets: Lebanon, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, and Egypt. Our team of 300+ architects, engineers, planners, and climate specialists - backed by specialized consultants across disciplines - works as a single integrated platform.

Over three decades, we've moved from individual buildings to entire urban systems: city centers, mixed-use districts, large-scale infrastructure, institutional campuses, and climate-resilient developments. The scale varies; the approach doesn't. We advise, design, and deliver - often simultaneously.Several of our recent commissions have become regional landmarks, but we're not chasing icon status.

We're solving for complexity: projects where multiple systems intersect, where context demands precision, where ambition meets constraint. That's the work that built this practice, and it's the only work we take on.

Our advisory approach is deliberately boutique: we sit with clients - public and private - to understand what they're actually trying to solve, then architect comprehensive solutions from strategy through execution.

We speak both languages: design ambition and commercial reality. In P3 environments, differentiation matters - but so do cost, constructability, and efficiency. We don't treat these as competing priorities. Great design that can't be built or financed is just expensive illustration. We deliver what actually gets to the finish line.

We don't just work for developers - we grew up alongside them. Residential towers, retail destinations, mixed-use districts, hospitality assets - we've been in the room for hundreds of these decisions across the Gulf's most demanding markets. We know what moves units, what attracts anchor tenants, what survives value engineering, what actually pencils.

We Bring Design to the ForefrontLaceco has contributed to a number of recognized projects that have been featured in international publications and exhibitions, underscoring the firm’s ongoing engagement with architectural discourse and innovation across the MENA region. In Jordan, Laceco was closely involved in the urban regeneration of Amman through the master planning of a new central district and its extension.

This comprehensive plan integrates infrastructure systems with transportation, utilities, and sustainable urban services to support long-term urban resilience. Key components of the development include a high-rise tower that serves as a visual anchor within the city’s skyline, a pedestrian-oriented retail and commercial corridor designed to encourage public interaction, and the Central Abdali Mall, recipient of the 2016 International Cityscape Award for Best Retail Project, recognized for its contribution to the urban fabric.
